Tower Park, Peoria Heights, Illinois

Tower Park's water fountain (above), is one of the main features of this site.  The stones used are very large, hexagonal shapes, ranging from 4'-0" x 3'-6" x 1'-6" to 8'-0" x 7'-0" x 1'-6".  The top stone has the center partially cored out to allow the water to pool and has specific areas notched at the edges to direct the water flow.  The pool wall is concrete wrapped with stone veneer and coping to maintain the same appearance as the fountain.
